Anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADD, ADHD, addiction, obsessive compulsions, and cognitive degeneration are challenges faced by many children, teens and adults. These issues can be complex,(*) but often have a underlying physiological component. Some of the physical issues that can affect the brain are; digestion, immune reactions, systemic inflammation, toxicity, blood sugar regulation, and hormonal balance. Through additional training in functional medicine and brain health, Beth helps clients address the underlying physiological issue. This foundational piece can be key to attaining better mental and emotional health.
Diet, *nutritional supplements, *herbal medicine, acupuncture and aromatherapy are the primary therapies used to correct the underlying imbalance, and maintain health.
